Help with webcam recording software-non-astro

Can anyone recommend a good webcam recording software
which has movement detection, time and date stamp recording, works invisible in the background on a
Win XP desktop and has upload to FTP or email?
Freeware if possible!

So far I've tried AbelCam: seems very sluggish and nil documentation setting up.
Also tried Digi-Watcher: GUI is very intuitive but has a 30sec limit on record pre-registration...plus did crash twice.
Tried Dorgem: crashed once, minimal functions.
Tried SecureCam: not quite what I was after.
