Cool Help LNT users - things that go boing

Last night I had to remove the top of the LNT module to check things as its been losing the date and time. The battery voltage was down to 1.2v hope thats the prob. Got a new one, will try it out tonight and for future reference its a 3v lithium CR2032 $5.95 from a camera shop.

Heres the cautionary tale - when the front bolt is removed a little spring boings out across the room. I found it eventually.

The question is where does the little critter go, is it between the inner and outer casing. ?

As an aside I now understand is how to fit the red-dot screen in the module correctly, much easier with the top off.

Thanks
Chris
