M42 Repro

I've been sorting through images that I've taken in the last 10 months (got an exhibition coming up next month)
I found this one from December and thought it was worth doing a repro on.
Just 35 minutes of data, taken through the ed80 using the canon 20d.
I'm peachy keen for the M42 season to start. I can only imagine how much better it will be with a few hours of subs to work with.

Ta David.
It's at the Kilcoy Wood Wine and Art festival, held at the show grounds on the 11th and 12th of September. It's my 4th year there and have always had good feedback. LOL my lounge is strewn with prints and frames atm.

Given the gear and short exposure, thats an attractive Pic JJJ, nice colour balance, tight guiding and low noise. Highlights the the key aspects of M42.

That's nice. Great details. Of course more data is always better but it's very sharp already and the colors are spot on.

That's a beauty Nettie, so much detail. I can't wait for Orion to come back so I can get my new scope on it.
All the best with the exhibition!
