A question for the moderator responsible...

Within 6 hours today, I have had a classifieds thread and a website FAQ thread deleted with no explanation, or any form of communication.

I would appreciate the moderator who is responsible, could provide me with the courtesy of an explanation, please. I am at a loss as to what the issue is with either of my posts.

Regards,

Stephen

Incidently, the item for sale was run by Mike Salway and was approved prior to me posting it in the classifieds.

(just to clarify the sequence of events...)

Following that classifieds thread disappearing, I asked the question in the "Website & FAQ" section, and within 1 hour, that was deleted!!!!

Stephen,

I wondered what the problem was when I saw your DVD ad' disappear. Although on reflection, it might be a copyright issue that one of the mods saw as a problem with the DVD subject matter. Even though you weren't out to make money on it, it may be that you're still not at liberty to copy and share it around.

I imagine some here will know more about it than I - one way or another.

Cheers

Correct, at this stage the thread has been moved pending discussion by one of the mods (not myself).

I for one would be very surprised if there are not copyright issues.
