Ditto ditto ditto. All the very best for the season to all concerned.
I have had a quiet night at home, (did not want to get out with the nutcases tonight) I trust everyone's wishes are granted for the new year.

Leap Second

I hope everyone will have a peaceful new year!

Did anyone else watch an online atomic clock at 10am (AEST) to see the leap second inserted? It was intriguing to see the time tick over from 23:59:59 to 23:59:60 before going to all zeroes!

Peter.

Happy New Year to All!

Yup, spent new years eve stargazing. Best conditions for over a week, and my first chance to take my wife with me. She was suitably impressed with views of Mars, Saturn, 47 Tuc, Orion Neb and Pielades.
