I am just buying a property there.. for the retirement (planned in couple of years..)... and I am hoping for some astro-company

For me Seymour was like Pandora for you.. only a bit closer

And it won't happen overnight.. but it will happen.. in couple of years

I wish it could be sooner... .
By all means, David, you will be always welcome.. in the meantime, John's Hill will have to do.. (Seymour is soooo much darker..)

Talking to my wife the other day we figure with our slowly improving income stream I should now be able to retire at 128, much better than 146 a couple of years ago. LOL
