asigrumps are setting in!

What is the point of even hoping that the 40 knot winds die down.

A lovely dark sky, a guiding & collimated scope, a 5x powermate and all it is doing is looking pretty!

You'd think from that map we'd have great seeing up here. Nah, not on your life. Some of the worst seeing I can remember. Lovely and transparent though

Go fishing Dave...; hopefully it's westerly wind and you can get out for a while. Cook some flathead on the barbie; have a couple of beers. Take some deep breaths and remember the weather in Tas at this time of the year is usually windy and unpredictable
....Breathe deeply and repeat after me....The weather will get better soon....

I'm really starting to get depressed about not having any rain. We haven't had more than a couple of spits for months and the skies are full of soot, smoke and muck. Not to mention the 34-36 degrees full smokey sun day after day after day.

The only advantage I can think of is no mosquitoes, but all my new hedge plants are snuffing it from heat stroke!

I love to complain about the weather.

88 is a great innings, it is funny, she was sharp as a tack, but the old body gave out, whilst lisa's other grandmother unfortunately remember anything.

thanks for the consdolences, i shall pass on to lisa.

i am yet to kill the kids, why do wives never trust their husbands to do the washing and not kill the kids???
