Lunar Eclipse?

Hey guys! My parents and I just saw the strangest thing happen with the Moon. I think it was a lunar eclipse, but it was very fast (over in about 5 minutes!) And it reached totality by the looks of it, and I know that the next total lunar eclipse isn't until December!
I only got to see the shadow cover the Moon, it was blocked out by clouds after that. So does anyone know what it was?
