No driver means no picture using XP

Company has gone into liquidation according to the WWW,

I have to say that I'm surprised that it needs a driver. Most are Plug and Play (PnP).

I did see that SAMPO have a monitor with the same part number. Is this the same...or similar? Maybe this will work.

Optima had a 'going out of business' auction nearly 2 years ago.

I picked up some stuff at that auction including a flat screen monitor (19") - no model number on it though.
As already mentions, it's more likely to be a plug and play device.

Well, I will be !
I tried the connection between the monitor and the PC one more time, and "it worked".
Previously, in settings, I was unable to change the settings from '2 bits' yes, 2 bits, just imagine the look of the screen, to the normal 32 bits. That was why I thought it needed a driver.
