Moon & Swan on Canning

G'day all,

I had a fun time at the Canning River this afternoon after work taking a bunch of photo's. I spent some time playing around with black & white .. as good fun This is the first pic..

"Moon & Swan on Canning" I call it ... moon + a black swan on the Canning River.

Black and white makes a photo sometimes and this is one of them

Sorry Roger, but when I click the link I just get your website and the page the pic is meant to be on and ' Click image above to view full size'.......but no pic! what am I doing wrong?
Doesnt work for other pics either. Just the thumbs ( which are fantastic BTW especially the Kings Park Path one!

Hi Roger,
the direct link works, but the Ctrl-f5 doesnt work????
Strange.....
I've attached a screen shot of what I get when I click on the original link.
By any chance can you send the direct link to the Kings Park Path?
and BTW that shot of Moon and Swan is just fantastic! Great light on the tree trunks and pathway to the swan!!
Have you worked with IR filters?

I use firefox....

PS just tried a few other photos. The bee in KP works and the Perth w/o LP works too...so far nothing else

I like it but would probably crop out some of the sky. Its a pic about the river. Nice.

Interesting, I have had others comment the same - some going so far as to say the moon is distracting and the sky should be cropped to below the moon Being an astrophotographer I find that hard to do, but I see where they're coming from
