M42 Rework

I thought I'd go over some M42 data I collected in December and combine all the frames I had collected over two nights a total of 51 frames 3hrs 42 minutes, no darks or flats applied. This is a combination of 60, 180, 330 and 600 second subs taken with a modified 350d using the RC and WOF2 reducer

The original image has been cropped due to some obvious join lines that needed serious processing work to hide. The 2 nights subs did not line up that well for obvious reasons when you don't have a permanent set up and lousy PA

Hope you like this rendition

Trev,

I like this repro of M42 it has an interesting colour take on it, it's soft and kinda old school Astro looking like images you'd see when you were young in books in the library where colour had just made it into a few images but the rest were still black and white. I give this one a big thumbs up.

Kind regards

Shane

Cracker repro Trevor. I really like the smoothness of the image and processing looks very natural.
