Three lonely amigos

Here are three objects which are not on the popular sky tour. They are overlooked (rightly so) for other more delightful objects in the summer sky. Still, one is a van den Bergh object so I had to image it!

Nice shot, Tom

Can't see why they're overlooked on the sky tours, they're quite interesting.

Top shot Tom. Very nice field in terms of colours and shapes. There's a bit of everything in there. Top work.

While the subject matter is not exactly riveting, it is indeed out of the ordinary!

Another superb effort Tom.

Lovely processing Tom, a very subtle but interesting field.

Incidentally, I was paid the biggest compliment recently when my latest image was described as:

"It looks a lot like a Thomas Davis image"

You are my hero

Hopefully this was a compliment

BTW, I just got back from London and I saw your Centaurus A image at the Royal Observatory gift shop. I told everyone "I know the guy who took this image". It looked great in print

Cheers,
Tom
