Photoshop workflow report?

Does anyone know if it is possible to generate a text report from PS that shows the steps that were completed during the processing of an image?

Not sure about a text report, but you could always record it as an action. Then you can run the whole lot again with just the press of a button or two. The action will also show up in your actions list, defining every step one at a time.

Yes you can Peter. Just turn on Edit>preferences>general

At the bottom of the dialogue box you will see a check option for History Log and a bullet for Text and where to save it.

No, but I'll be able to work out exactly what I did so I can do something similar next time I need to process an image

Now having the text file to read you can redo the whole process and record from start to finish and then apply it as you want.

I thought you just ran your mouse down Noel Carboni's Actions and clicked them all as you go? You don't need a text report to remember to do that!
