Circumpolar Star Trails in the Moon Light.

Had a busy night capturing at Tabulam (still sorting thru it all) but I took this when I got home to feed the dogs. I wanted to see how long the sky would hold up. This was on a camera tripod standard 300d lens, quality was on "small" and the B/W balance was set on sunny. I had it set on that in Tabulam and forgot to change it. I had hoped it may help with the Moonlight but I dont know yet really. This was 887 seconds at 100 iso and I was pleased to notice usual amp glow not prominant as usual. This shot was my last (4-00 am approx) I think I could have got longer but dawn was to close to try again. But given the moisture (lens just strated to mist as I havent got my 12volt hairdryer yet) and the Moon light I was very encouraged to think what I could do with low iso in terms of lenght of exposures.

Nice effect that - star trails and a blue sky. Taking long exposure photos under moonlight or twilight conditions sometimes produces some gems!

I like it.
