I have a 5 person sauna made of special timber, in perfect condition, worth thousands of dollars. I only want $1,000.00 for it, but you must come and dismantle it from my house, and take it away on a truck or large trailer. When I purchased it, it came in pieces, like walls, roof and floor, each part fits into position and you erect it, a two man job. You can try it before you buy it (bring a towel). There is no negotiating the price which is more than reasonable, either you can afford this luxury piece of furniture or you can’t. It’s a fair size, no I didn’t measure it
