Astro photography interest on the rise?

I recieved an email from a publisher in Malaysia some months ago, they asked a few questions and permission to use some of my images....

Frankly at the time, I didn't think much of it. But in yesterday's post a nice glossy mag appeared with a nice feature article and a cover image that was quite familiar to yours truly One of life's pleasent surprises.

What sort of mag is it Peter - sounds a bit more general photography, with an article on astro?

Be interesting to hear if AP more popular with mainstream photographers. New technology certainly seems to be making it more popular within the astronomy hobby fraternity. Mike Sidonio's post the other day on how far amateur pics have come in 26yrs a good example.

Congrats too on being published again!

A Morris 1100-S no less!

Cooper-S motor with twin SU carbies.

It was my first car.....well, second really, my first a VW, as they did at the time, spontaneously combusted & died.

More "Arty" type digital imaging. Excellent print quality. I think I gave some very waffle like answers ....but I was asked: Q what equipments (their spelling!) I'd recommend.

A. First and foremost: a good mount!
