This is a nice short focal length refractor that would be quite good for photography on a suitable mount.
Planets need long focal lengths to see them well or you need very short focal length eyepieces with a scope of this type. Short focal length eyepieces are much more difficult to use compared to longer ones. A longer focal length scope of bigger aperture would probably be better for planets.

For constellations this would be OK.
For deep sky you are limited by the size of the scope. It is only 102mm. Almost all deep sky objects will be dim fuzzies. A 200mm + size scope is better for deep sky.
This shows that a scope for all uses is difficult to achieve.
