Comet, dogs, planets and more.

Down beach again today to check out comet, and is now naked eye!!
Will stack a couple and put in Obs thread.
As you see, the dog is back, plus the comet (with greenish tinge), Mercury to the right, and a plane cutting through M31 ..... for good measure.

Like it Liz, love the colours prior to sunrise, especially over water.

Nice Liz

I see you have trained the dog to run in a arc instead of in a straight line

Ha, it stopped in front of me for awhile, and I thought it was gunna start barking or jump up at me, but no, it had a look, then went on its way, phew. Not a fan of dogs.

Thanks Ron, good luck for tomorrow. 5.30 sounds pretty good for a good view, you never know!! I have my Dob mount out the front with tarp over the top, and will put Bella on it in the am. Saw R1 in my scope last week, so interested in how it looks now.
Yes, that APOD is gorgeous!!!
