Well finally it's come to this. I am parting with my beloved 14mm Meade series 5000 plossl. It's the last one I've held on to, but I can feel another Panoptic in the air, must be the time of year

14mm Meade series 5000 plossl, 60 degree AFOV, sharp, well built (awesome twist up eyecup, smooooooth) and good ER. Yes you might read it as just over 10mm but it is NOT a TeleVue 10mm ER which really means 5mm. It feels like more than 10mm. Real easy for me to use this one. Views are ace too. Bought it from Astro Optical for $170 a few months ago.
