Wondering what M objects/fuzzies to photo in Summer for N. Hemisphere

Hello everyone on IIS:

I was wondering: For a beginner like me, what kind of M objects, galaxies and nebula could a person during Summer in the Northern Hemisphere start out with?

PS: about me, I live in southcentral Michigan, US and my astro imaging camera is a Pentax ist Ds (which I've just recently tried 2" afocal of the moon), and a Meade LX200, 10" F10 GPS (mounted on an eq wedge and on a Scopebuggy).

Thank you.
