a sad Departure... :(

Sadly due to moving house to a rent house, and we need to sell our beloved dogs.
Mary the Labrador x border collie (4 years old) and Cooper the Doberman x (3 years old).

They need a good home!! They won't be given away separately. Until further notice, they will be up for $260 for both mary and cooper.
They are friendly, very loving, passionate and irresistible dogs.
In Gold Coast area or close. With a big yard and good care. only will be given to people who can afford vets and proper care.

I know that this is a lot to ask but they are part of our family.

Thanks,
Tony

Jeez Tony - I don't know what to say. What a terrible situation. Is there any chance at all that you might find rental accommodation that would let you keep them?

I couldn't imagine giving mine away, so I know how your family feels. I hope that you come to a good conclusion for yourselves and your pets.

Beautiful looking dogs too, it must be heartbreaking. I'd love either one of them, but I'm way over on the other coast. Good luck with the re-homing, anyway.

we can't find a rent house that allows large dogs... and we can't afford to keep our house too... so we have no choice...

If you move far enough you can buy a house for $1.... Why don't you find some one to billet them for 6 months while you sort it out. There are rental that allow dogs but you might have to lower your standards in the newness stakes. Just an idea. I would encourage you to keep trying to find all avenues. You'll never get over it if you give away your dogs.

Exclamation

I'm tony's brother by the way.
Thanks for all your empathy to this situation.
At the moment with mum's business not going so well, it is unlikely that we could give them a good care if we let them stay with us. The only reason we are finding a rented home is to get money to start up a new business so we can fill up the loss in current business due to employee fee.
We would love to keep our dogs till end of their time but, giving them away to someone financially viable is currently only logical and best choice for Mary and Cooper.
So if you don't think you can adopt them than ask you friends and relatives who have bog yards and love to dogs. We need Cooper and Mary moved to their new home as soon as possible as time is cutting short.

Thank you

Tom

this is the site... the money does not go to us... it goes to the animal rescue as a donation.
