Celestron CPC 9.25 tear-down?

has anyone disassembled a C9.25 CPC yet?

Maybe even photographed the various stages of dis and re-assembly?

I have become very frustrated with Cord-Wrap . (Yes, I am aware that you can disable Cord Wrap in the hand-controller but I want to rid myself of that pesky power lead and bright red light altogether!).

Has anyone put slip-rings into this telescope type yet?

Have a look at this site http://www.mercotac.com/?gclid=CI3y6...FQlZiAodAS2qQg

Doug there is this pdf on the NextStar site which has some good photos and dismantling instructions for the CPC1100, which should be similar.

The cord wrap I can put up with, I just wish they'd fix the firmware so it would be a set and forget feature.

That LED though... damned annoying!
