No cloud or wind! Still, standing outside at the tripod for the 14-day -200C night would be pretty cool -literally!

Pros:

No wind, rain, clouds, smoke/smog, annoying insects etc etc

Perfect viewing conditions, cold temps (for cameras), low gravity, long nights

Cons:

Constant bombardment by cosmic rays, micrometeoroids, freezing temps, no air, low gravity, long way from any conveniences, long days with high temps and brilliant sunlight, exposure to solar flares etc etc

Hmmmm....choices choices

With what I wrote there, you'd have no time to enjoy any serenity
