My First HST in Binoculars

Hi All,
I had a bit of a nice surprise last night,or I should say early this morning.
About 2.25 AM
I was outside looking at the Southern Cross, with my Barska 15x70 binoculars, and was panning up towards the False cross, when I spotted this thing streaking across the sky, travelling mainly west to east.
it was moving quite fast, and just looked like a little light,I thought it was an aircraft, but then realised it was going waaay too fast for any aircraft,
I had the free version of Starry Nights running on my computer,so when I came inside and ran it backwards through time, up came the HST exactly where I had seen it.
That was the first time I have confirmed one of these objects,I have often seen "something",moving across the sky ar a great rate of knots, but have never tried to find out what it was.
So I am stoked,I have checked the Heavens Above page, and it should appear again early in the morning at 2.36 AM mag 4.5
I love Binoculars, you may not have a lot of power, but you can track these type of objects easily.

Regards All.
John
