Celestron C5 F6

Withdrawn From Sale
Just thought I would check if anyone is interested in this scope before I put it on Ebay
Its a Celestron C5 that was sold many years ago as a Telephoto ( 750mm F6 ) but can be used as a scope , I've made a mount for it to work like a dobsonian , has 30 mm custom ( by me ) angle finder and 1.25 visual back takes usual SCT thead on the back .
All fits into the case it was sold with.
$300 plus post
PM if interested .

Thanks
Zane

What's the image quality like for visual observing, e.g. field curvature?

Regards

Hi Morton
The field is flatter than the F10 model because of the lower power of the secondary , it also has lower contrast because the secondary is larger.

Thanks

The scope has a foot with a .25" 1/20 thread to go onto a camera tripod or a dovetail .

Thanks
Zane
