GSO 16" F4.5 Primary Mirror
First, I'm not sure if this should go in telescopes, or in the accessories category ? So if it's in the wrong place can an admin please move it over.
Right down to business.
I'm upgrading the mirror in my SDM dobsonian from the current GSO 16" F4.5 primary to a shiny (and expensive) premium mirror.
The new mirror is on it's way, so I'm looking to sell the 16" GSO mirror to someone looking for a mirror to build a scope, or get a turbo built by Peter.
New price is $1600 from Andrews, I'm asking $950 ONO + shipping for this one. I'll have the packing the new mirror comes in to send it off in hopefully in a week or two. The mirror is in great condition apart from some dust which will be solved by a gentle clean - I'll do that when I pull it out of the scope before packing and sending.
I'm not 100% sure the shipping costs, will depend on the total packed weight and size, suffice to say - heavy and a pickup in Melbourne would be preferable.
