I was surprised to stumble upon this page at a dedicated web site and given the infamy of my deep Centaurus A shot...I thought I'd share it with my IIS buddies

.
Some may remember "The Many Faces of Centaurus A" was an international conference held in Sydney, Australia, June 28 - July 03, 2009.
During the conference, six "Faces" of Cen A were displayed via large posters along the walls in the conference room and featured images by ESO, Chandra, VLA, DSS, GALEX, Spitzer aaaand yep, Sidonio

.
Mine is the first poster in the list (top of page) but the ionised gas poster by Simon Ellis et al you see there also has a portion of my image in it too, which I was most chuffed to discover
I knew what my poster looked like but to finally see the other 5 posters that my Centaurus A shot shared the walls with at this international event is most gratifying and even humbling.
Click on the image to display a larger (2x) version or if you're game and want to see the full poster size, click on the link to the full mega pixel version under each thumbnail.
That notorious Cen A image of mine just wont lie down huh?.....
Here's the link to the six posters http://www.mpe.mpg.de/~hcs/Cen-A/cen-a-pictures.html
You can also see my poster at a more manageable large size at my web site (1.7meg) here:
