Smile PUPS - need a good loving home

Hello Everyone,

Our two dogs (Sophie the Golden Retriever and Cooper the Blue Heeler) have had a litter (unexpectedly. and despite my lengthy lectures to Cooper on the birds and the bees...).

The litter of gorgeous black Golden Heelers (as we call them) quickly found good homes through people we know and trust. We indicated from the start that we would keep the last pup not picked as they are all so adorable we'd be happy to keep any of them.

Unfortunately one fellow who was going to take a boy and girl dog, had a bad turn in life and is losing the acreage he lived on and wont be able to take the two pups.

So we have to find good homes to one or two of the three remaining pups

They are 8.5 weeks old (born Dec 30th 2009), vaccinated and ready to go. We are asking for 200$ per pup only to help us recoup some of the vet and food bills.

So please let us know if you are interested or if you know someone who would provide a good loving home for them. They are adorable and will really enjoy a family who knows about and loves good dogs.

The girls are black with a small white stripe on the chest and the boy has a larger white chest patch and a white mask.

Please call me on 0427005293 or email frankbon@alphalink.com.au or PM me if you wish to discuss.
Incidentally, we shuttle between a home in Sydney and a small property near Braidwood. So anyone from the regions of Sydney or Canberra could easily arrange to see the pups.

Thanks to Mike for allowing the post.
Cheers
frank

I haven't been able to convince my wife to take one yet

We have a golden retriever already, she's > 11 years old.

I think the next pup my wife wants is a small lap dog.

They're small ...now...

Thanks Stephen,
You're right they actually have a lot of worth. Have no fear we're very cautious who they go to. The 200$ will just help cover some of our costs.

Thanks for the input.

Hopefully someone from IIS will know of a good loving family. If one goes then we will probably just keep the last two (and thus have 4 dogs ourselves) because we know how good the parents are.

Update- thanks

Hello,

Thanks Everyone who replied and contacted.

Just a quick update to say all the pups (except the boy) have gone to good homes.

We were lucky to have a very good dog loving family take the two girls and they went this morning (i couldnt sleep last night would you believe it).

We're keeping the boy named "Cosmo" by my better half.

Thanks again

cheers
frank
