This accessory was i believe made back in the 90's to provide visual f6.3 views through a schmidt cassegrain.I have used it with my LX90 for ccd imaging though I beleive it was designed as a visual adapter.I have'nt seen many advertised so they are difficult to come by.They consist of a combined focal reducer and prism diagonal that screws onto the visual back see pictures below.
