forumdisplay.php

Hi folks,

Just started firefox a little while ago, and a php file was downloaded

forumdisplay.php 100k from iceinspace.com.au

As far as I can tell I didn't instigate a download, seems to have happened automatically. What's it all about?

What was the actual content of the file?

Pure HTML, rather than PHP?

I suspect you accidently did a right click->"save link as" on one of the sub-forums, rather than a left click.

I can repeat your problem by doing exactly that.

You can be sure that:
a) Doing what you did is not harmful at all - you're just donwloading the html of the webpage
b) There is nothing on the IceInSpace website that will force you to download anything - especially without warning or your authorisation.

I haven't opened the file, but I suspect you are right. Not a problem, I was just not aware of trying to save the file when I opened Firefox.

Cheers
