Hi Guys, this is probably a story for the men folk of this forum but females are free to comment or address this post.

I, and my dear wife Alice were walking down the street in Ballarat a couple of days ago, and a very attractive young woman was approaching from the other direction toward us.

She was young, very well dressed, in white tight jeans and lovely top, hair in place, and just looked the picture of a young mans desire, just gorgeous, probably about 20.

Yep, I looked as she went past, then turned and looked as she did go past, and the back was as good as the front.

Well, Alice caught me, and said she is young enough to be your grand daughter, well I know dear, but she did look pretty nice.

So my question is this.

If a 20 year old male happened to befriend her and she went home with him, nothing would be said.

If a 30 year old male befriended her and went home with her, it too would be accepted to a point.

If a 40 year old befriended her and went home with her, he would be a cradle snatcher, and it would be frowned upon.

But If I befriended her I'm classed as a dirty old man.

Why is this so.

Seriously my vision of a nice young woman dose no change with age, how do you guys feel.

I did not want to sleep with her I just saw her beauty.

I agree with you entirerly Leon. One has to be very careful these days.
It is a great shame that people cannot express feelings of praise and endearment anymore without suspicion.

Just my Threepence worth anyway.

There's a huge difference between:
a)seeing someone and thinking or saying that she is pretty in a very passer by unassuming way and
b)blatantly checking out a young hottie and doing a double take to check her ass as well!!!!

Shame on you, it's the double take that got you in trouble and you old enuf to know better!!!!

Being human animals, it's only natural that we're attracted to attractive members of the opposite sex.
(obvious there are exceptions here, but so long as your happy eh)

Admiring the human form is just such a natural thing. Its innate almost. If fine grooming and well dressing didnt come about all in the name of being noticed ... then Im not here. People do this stuff to stand out and would be having a rethink if no-one was paying any attention. Im not talking about the obvious ogler who's blatantly undressing you with their eyes, but rather the person who appreciates the vista, or is perhaps a little envious of it.

If I happened to be in the same situation Leon and had to come up with an answer its easy ... "just seeing the areas she has to improve to catch up on you dear"

I was in the exact same situation last week Leon. My wife had a go at me for double taking on a
pretty young lady as we walked down the street. I pointed out to my wife that she indeed has been
known to check out the occasional handsome fellow, whereupon she said, with a smile on her face,

"Oh, I'd better stop acting offended then."

Amen to that!

ummm, not all of us.
But it does bring to mind a small incident that happened a few weeks ago.
My sister and I were admiring Craig Lownes' calender photo, he was looking rather scrummy in it too. When I went to work shortly after I literally physically ran into the man in question as I walked in the front door.
Feeling rather flustered, I went to my work station, looked up and there he was again.

Incoherently ga ga would best describe my reaction.
Craig wore a rather bemused smile on his face.
