Full Moon Rising_30-01-10

Hi All

The full moon rising across my valley was too tempting not to take a shot at. It had been another very hot day here ( 38deg ) so the moon has a few flat spots from the heat rising off the ground but it was a brilliant golden colour once it had passed through the Earth shadow.

Canon 350D + Canon FD 70-210 1:4 + Canon FD 2x-B Extender
Manfrotto 055Pro tripod
1/15th sec @ F5.6
slight levels adjust PS CS3

I know what you mean Steve, I've been waiting for one of those for a long time but I don't seem to have much luck being at the right place at the right time.
