Anyone seen a link to this image anywhere?

I am wondeing why this image of mine at my web site has been hit so many times..? The total hit count is nearly 11 000 since Aug 08 (that's about twice that of my other popular images). There was a sudden spike in the views last year and while it has dropped off somewhat now it is still getting plenty of hits..?

I suspect it was showcased somwhere that I don't know about, has anyone seen a link to it anywhere?

Yeh but they are all old posts and wouldn't explain the huge number of hits, I post a lot of images in a few places and while the hit count increases after a post it's nothing like this, the only other time my image hits went through the roof like this was after my APOD in Sept 08.

The image in question was featured in print in US Astronomy mag in July last year and it was about then that the hit count went up I think but I never saw a link that would explain it

Could it be that the link was printed under the image in the mag?
Or in the text somewhere?
It could also have been on a website that is gone since and doesn't show up in search engines anymore.

Do you have a program like 'awstats' ? That will tell you were the hits are coming from.
