OMG "Francophobia- Fear of France or French culture. (Gallophobia, Galiophobia)". Sacrebleu! I'm outraged! Not even a trace of "Englishphobia" or even "pommiphobia" !?... C'mon! What is going on there? Double standards!
PS: and it's doubled up in the Gs just in case: "Gallophobia or Galiophobia- Fear France or French culture. (Francophobia) "
They forgot "froggophobia" too btw.

No I was just scared of the french master. He wielded a pretty good cane.
The year was 1949 was that a good year?

I didn't realise there was such a thing at counterphobia. I must have a reasonable dose of this...
I used to be afraid of heights, so I learned to abseil, got into rescue and ended up a Senior Vertical Rescue Instructor for NSW, helped develop the National Training package and judged Vertical Rescue competitions both here and O/S. I also reckoned once there was no way I'd ever go caving, but I did a lot of caving in the last 25 years or so, a well as cave rescue.
I have a fear of falling off motorbikes... I did plenty of that when I was young and bullet proof ...

Never tried frog legs actually. Not many French people eat frog. I don't know any anyway. Not sure where that frog thing came from in the first place? ... but I love snails. Which comes from Poland actually originally. Anything will go down with good vodka I guess They're starting to do croc meat here in Oz I hear. Tastes between fish and chicken apparently? The tail is the tender bit?

Nephophobia, the fear of clouds, now that explains why I keep looking at the sky and the weather maps (BOM, Skippy Sky etc) so often.

I have a fear of saying certain words.
I don't think there is a phobia term that describes that.
Thank goodness for that.
