HELP re coms ports

On my Asus F3J series laptop coms ports 3, 7, and 10 to 14, 20 and 21 are "local
blue tooth Coms ports, reported as reserved for the system. How can I find out
exactly for what they are reserved, and can I move them to free up 10 thru 14.
Things like robofocus, QHY filter wheel and several other devices need coms
ports of 1 thru 15, with my set up I need one usb port (camera) and 3 serial ports
(mount, robofocus and QHY filter wheel. Help appreciated Gerald.

This works for me.

Computer Management -> Device Manager

Expand "Ports (COM & LPT)"

View -> Show hidden devices

Delete all the COM ports which just appeared.

Action -> Scan for hardware changes

You can also use device manager to re-assign certain ports for particular devices.
