barlow trouble

Friends, I have a Celestron Omni 150/750, multi coated eyepiece 25mm and 2x Barlow lens. When collate eyepiece and barlow lens I can't sharpen an image, in fact, if focuser longer it could be possible. In order to sharp it focuser must go down to the secondary mirror. Is barlow bad or it can not be paired with the 25mm eyepiece? Thanx

this should have been posted in the eyepiece duscussions..not for sale section. can you reach good focus with just the eyepiece? is the eyepiece sitting correctly into the barlow, it could be a bad barlow - is the glass clear, make sure it is well seated in the barlow

I had a similar problem recently, it was due to bad collimation of my telescope. Check that out first.
