There is an identical one to this listed in Motorhome Association on line classifieds for $33,000.

True High and Low Range Four wheel Drive with included motorhome
(more importantly, big fridge Full of Beer etc.)

Or a Cuppa fresh brewed whenever you want it.

GREAT for Astro Camp trips.
Never get bogged in the wet again.
