Yuragir NP

Been going here for about 15 years, one of my favourite places.
The largest undeveloped piece of NSW coastline , home to
coastal emus , wild dogs the solitary islands marine park and
heaps of other stuff.

Town close by , but you have to lug your own water in there which keeps the crowds down.

1.. main beach jan 14

2..main beach looking towards Sandon river

I always thought dingos were pretty timid creatures for some reason
and as this one had been hanging around the campsite for a couple of days thought I'd grab him and take a photo, I'm not sure if ears
pointed back mean anything but I had this feeling I should release it and move away quick

1.. These birds were actually right beside the hwy at maclean.
2.. two girls on ship rock

I am still looking for the dingo shot....
Wild dog, yeah? I'm no expert, but he don't look like no dingo I eva saw.
Yes, dingo's are normally very timid, except if they have recieved too much human attention. I think he might be a dingo / dog mix.

Great shots all round! Keep them coming.... I love the shots with a story behind them like yours. It brings the viewers into your holiday. I don't get many myself to experience.

No its a pure bred dingo mitchell , though I don't think hes been eating to well since national parks nailed his paws to a board for there display on teaching kids and families about wild dogs
