Storm front, 28 Jan 2010

This big sucker came through with plenty of bangs.

The montage was done to show how fast it was moving, I'm trying to work out how to do one of those time papse videos, any advice gratefully received.

Outstanding pics Odille. We were lucky in Lismore, poor North Casino copped it full on.

Great shots! Do you have windows movie Maker?
Just dumping the files into that gives a reasonable movie. If you capture about 5 frames a minute of a 10 minute storm you get a nice length little clip. With those 6 frames you may struggle to see much, unless you slow them right down. the more frames the better, if you want it to be smooth.

Alternatively you can convert them to .Gif files and create a small animated Gif. That is only good with several images not hundreds.

Sorry hope that didn't confuse you. Feel free to PM me and I can help you through making one.

Great pics of the storm front, one day we may see this sort of thing.
Cheers Kev.
