AR11035 limb mosaic

AR11035 is now on the limb and I thought I would do a mosaic this morning. This is a 6 panel mosaic stitched together with Imerge.

There is heaps of activity on the solar earthside at present so get out there and take a look. Several new active regions are growing and starting to show spots.

Click here for mosaic (warning 570kb)

Comments welcome

Dramatic and nicely done.
Hopefully Sol will cooperate this year and put on a good show!

Top stuff Paul,

It really does look like a maelstrom, so much definition really looks incredible. You and Matt and the two Daves really are providing us with a smörgåsbord of this developing Solar activity.

Regards
Trevor

It it a lovely image and I hope one I can do this, mind you it would be nice to reduce solar activity to cool the globe a little. Just give us a little show occasionally, No offence the the solar observers.
