Eta Repro

I took on board a lot of the comments from the last day or so.
Here is the new and improved version.
With some 100% crops of my favourite bits added.
again, it's 1.5 hrs of Eta Carina @ iso 400
Canon 20d
ED 80
Processed in CS3 using Curves, Saturation and shadows and highlights

Wasn't a fan of the original in the other thread but I like that repro a lot. You've brought a lot more colors through and controlled the stars nicely which is always a challenge with Eta because there are so many in the area. Top work.

I have to agree with Marc. You have managed this one much better. Star colour is good and the nebula exhibits better colour balance. More data will always be an improvement but I don't know when to stop this comment. We are gathering minute spreads of light which has taken years to get here and passed through, God only knows what so of course more exposure should always improve a shot.

Nice repro and a big improvement.

Very nicely done JJJ...

You're second and third favourite bits are also my favorite areas of Eta Carine.. More exposure definitely helps bring these areas out.
