Qhy5 Guiding Port
Hi
At present I use a QHY5 camera, PHD software and a parallel port/interface box/six pin cable to connect from my PC to a HEQ5Pro mount guiding port.
I would like to try the direct six pin cable connection between the QHY5 camera and the mount.
Are there any precautions/special settings etc I may need using PHD for this direct connection?
Also any comments on the relative merits of these types of interconnections?
