I managed an ordinary shot tonight before the seeing turned very ugly
8" Newt, f6, + 2x Barlow (f12) Toucam 840k.
I thought I had given up on Jupiter but was getting withdrawal symptoms

This was the first one of the evening

Good effort Clayton,

I know how you feel with Jupiter, but persistence is the key. It does seem that we have seen the best of Jup for this apparition, but you just never know.
