AB gadgets ....

Anyone here ever actually bought one the never ending advertised AB exercise gadgets ....?

I've lost count of all the gadgets that are supposed to get the kilograms and centimetres of the the waste and create 6 packs on anyone who buys these pieces of junk.

The latest is the AB Circle .... The lady shown is supposed to have lost 60 pounds using it .... bull dust !!!

What would I want one of them for? I am way in front, they advertise them as producing a six pack only I already have an 18 Gallon keg.

Why pay full price for them when you only have to wait a couple of months and the op shops will be full of 'em, practically brand new and barely used.

I think the most important thing you can have to drop a few pounds is willpower and motivation, and both are free!

I've made small changes to my life to stop the expanding waistline. I've stopped drinking so much softdrink, and now drink water or coke zero instead, and I try to go for a few 1 hour walks each week.
