HEQ6 Pro Mount with Synscan Controller

Hi Everyone

I am trying to make some money to buy an antique camera, so i am selling some astronomy gear.

I have and HEQ6 Pro Mount which is only about 4mths old, I bought it from Bintel for $1999, but still new, only used it a couple of time at home.

Come with the Synscan controller and it fully updated.. I bought a carry case for the mount, so it easy to carry..it was $60 at jaycar...

So price with case is $1800...

Any offers or information about it please PM me..

Thank you

carlos

Ian, I believe the max loading capacity is 25kg, but that's maximum and probably pushing it and for visual work only. If you intend to use this mount for imaging, I'd go with no more than 17kg or so...should avoid any strain on the motors and flexure due to weight/load etc.

I have had an meade 12" OTA on it and no problem, also i used a 10" newtonian and no problems..

It handles the weight easy and awesome for imaging, i had a QHY8 on the 10"newtonian and no problem wats so ever

HEQ6 Pro MOUNT

I must say that people think that this is a bit ridiculous of the price being this high....Well if you like to pay $1995 From Bintel or $1999 from Andrews Communications, i will not stop you.... i just here to sell or swap my mount..

What do people except to pay for this.... Less that 1700 i dont think so.. When its only a few months old how can i reduce the price to that..
I sorry but i am standing at the price that is here $1800... I dont think you will get anywhere cheaper than from me...

Like i said in the Trade/Wanted.... willing to swap for a CCD camera if ANYONE HERE IS INTERESTED......

well thanks for listening and hope this does get sold or swapped..

Thank you

carlos
