light duty 5/16" antenna base wiring polarity help

Hi
Strange question but can anyone advise me of the polarity of this mount so i can start warming up the flux.

Polarity? The centre conductor in the coax goes to the centre and the braid wrapped back over the cable and under the cable clamp, which would normally also be earthed.

The tricky bit is tuning to get the SWR right.

The centre wire of the coax goes to the centre lug and the braided outer of the coax goes to the U shaped lug.
