am after the original or copy of Windows XP CD for an ASUS eee PC 900 the Celeron M 353 version not the Atom version, I do not require the serial number as I have mine from my CD which is faulty that is why I need a replacement

If you got the unit new, then I'd see if you can get it replaced under warranty. If not, I'm sure Asus would give you another copy for a small amount I suspect.

Failing that, you could always try Ubuntu's Netbook o/s:

Thanks but thay are for the Intel Atom CPU mine has the Intel Celeron M 353

About a 3 to 4GB download tho.

I wouldn't grab a o/s iso off torrent - more than likely has nasty trojans in it imho.
