Fomalhaut?

Hi all:

The attached image is the stacked result of about 40 shots taken this evening with my camera (Canon 300D); shots are of Jove and its surrounds, taken around 10 pm.

I've added an arrow - does anyone know what this star is? Consulted my sky-guide and it may be Fomalhaut, but I'm not certain.

Any clues?
