I here that they got a new guy at the Bureau of Meteorology, that could explain why they there forecasting lately is accurate

Well forecasting for Melbourne is not hard:

"Cold and Cloudy every single bloody god forsaken day until the sun turns into a red giant and swallows the Earth. Moderate to strong Southwesterly winds tending southerly later. Chance of a shower or two"
