Heads up: The Wire ABC2 tonight 9:30 PM

Hi guys,

Just a heads up that ABC2 is showing The Wire beginning tonight.

The first couple of episodes are a little slow going but they're imperative in providing context for the rest of the 5 series.

This show had a rating of 9.7/10 on IMDb the last time I checked.

You won't be disappointed if you get through the first few episodes.

Looks like Nine's GO! channel is getting in on the act too!
They're advertising The Wire starting soon "Australian First"... I can only figure that means they will be showing season 5 before ABC2 get to it.
Better on ABC... two hours, no ads.
